Her professional background includes military service and federal civil service, where she developed extensive experience in program coordination, operational administration, and organizational management. Her experience managing complex administrative programs, maintaining operational compliance, and coordinating personnel support has proven invaluable in building the company’s internal systems and operational structure. As President, Eme focuses on corporate leadership, business development, and ensuring the company maintains the high standards expected of a Woman-Owned and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business operating in both private and government contracting environments. Together with Marcus, she is committed to building a company defined by professionalism, service, and long-term growth.
